Laziness
Does anyone feel like the farther along you get in the program the less motivation you have? The first 3-5 weeks I was humming along feeling great and able to do everything. Now in week 9 I am finding it very hard to stay focused and motivated. I'm feeling like all I want to do is sleep. I dont think I when back into depression because I feel wonderful other than sleep. So what do I do to cure this? Is it possible that I may be just "run down"? I do have several sleep disorders but have been getting better and better along with this program. What do I do? Do I just let it go and sleep?

It is common to slow down the further you get into the program. It is a lot to process and your mind may be telling you it needs a little more time to catch up. The good news is there really is no set schedule for completing the program. Work it at your own pace. Just complete it consecutively. As for sleep, only you know how much sleep your body needs. Some people can function on 6 or 7, some need 10 hours. Everyone is different. Try doing a sleep experiment. Go to bed at a set time and let your body sleep until it wakes up naturally on its own. Then see how many hours it was. Then you can adjust how early you need to go to bed to get those hours in. Don't let yourself go back to sleep. Open curtains, let light in as soon as possible to get your body clock adjusted. If need be, it is okay to take a power nap in the afternoon. 10-30 minutes is optimum for a refresher. No longer. Take care of yourself.
