I have had that! No doubt everyone on here has had that! It's just some adrenelin coz your body is in 'fight or flight' mode! It's nothing to be worried about, and perfectly normal. And no-one on this planet has a perfectly regular heartbeat, everyone had an irregular one!

Yes I get it all the time and it is okay. I have very chronic anxiety that is very high all the time so even when I am at home watching t.v my heart rate can be 120-130 so not to worry it is for me anyway associated with my anxiety and when I am nervous or panicy it gets much higher I hope this helps.

aimee doll, you know ive been there, am ther now...its just a symptom that annoys the crap out of us. But Rod once told me that when we are feeling good for so long, our body tries to go into anxiety mode bc its used to it so it thinks that something is wrong when we are calm for too long....make sense? well i hear ya and understand, love ya girl
