Lisi,

The heart palpitation won't hurt you, Lisi. Our bodies go through all kinds of changes as we sleep, walk, talk, etc. We have all kinds of sensations throughout the day. They come and go and they mean nothing. If you don't react to it, it will pass quickly. Just know that it will not hurt you. Use your calm breathe and remind yourself that you are not in danger.

Sleep easy...

Boon thanks, for the reply so it wont hurt me? but, I just dont understand why? this happens when I am comfortable and sleeping soundly for no apparent reason this happens just like that I take Remeron anti-depression 10mg and I thought that taking this would calm me down and relax me but apparently it doesnt I try to deep breathe but I loose control cause I focus more on what my body is going thru the feeling is scarey to me I hate it I really get scared I am scared that my heart wont stop doing what it is doing

The body sensations of anxiety can be overwhelming. I get them too and they freak me out. But everyone is correct in telling you if you underreact they will disappear quickly. I hope it helps that you know you are not alone. We have all experienced and still do the same feelings you have right now. Hope this helps.

thanks for the reply I hear what everyone is trying to say but its just so scary and when you have those weird feelings it is easy for someone to say dont react to them but when you actually feel these sensations its hard to control the feelings of not reacting I try but its so darn hard I hate this I can have such a great day feeling like myself go home to bed thinking I am relaxed take my meds fall into a deep sleep I guess and when you least expect it there it is knocking at your door. Thanks hopefully being on this program will help me deal with this and maybe symptoms can go away and never come back tired and afraid
