For those of you who have been cured by the program whats been your most frightening experience with Anxiety Disorder?

Mine would of been when I was stuck with derealisation for 6 months, I couldn't tell the difference between reality and dreams I was that bad, I don't know how I got through it, just being stuck in a constant dream like state for 6 months. When I look back I now I can see the cause, I had just been through my first breakup, lost my job, developed a drinking habit so its hardly surprising that happened, I remember one night I got stocked up with pain killer and was for taking my own life but chickened out thankfully,

Life is so much better now but never want to go back to that dark place again

Well there is no cure for anxiety...but I would have to say the scariest thing for me was when I stressed myself into a migraine that left my arm and face numb...thought I was having a stroke (wasn't..confirmed that at the ER), but that has been one of the most single terrifying experiences I've ever had in my life.

I was working with two people who hated each other and I was trying so hard to get along with both of them that I was causing myself anxiety. I believed that I had lead poisoning. I had tests done and took two weeks off from work. The lead tests came back lower than normal.I was going through this for weeks. Untill I got this program and understood how I was causing it to myself. Now that I understand anxiety I no longer get it.
I tried so hard to get along with two hatefull people to the point of not even breathing. Can you believe that. On top of that, they both hated me in the end. I got out of that toxic inviorment. It is good to be away from both of them. It has been four months sence I left that inviorment and finally my mind is forgeting them. Thank God that we forget more and more as time goes on.
