I will be starting week 6 on wed. and was wondering if a person continues to go on if they feel like they still havent gotten everything from weeks 1-5? I'm feeling better since I started the program but I still have a ways to go. I continue to suffer with Derealization and I do realize it takes time to overcome the the anxiety. I want to keep going onto week 6 but is this the right thing to do?

I need help, any advice?
I felt like I stalled a little at week 6 and took a mini break. Started to feel like I wasn't getting it all but then kept going and now at week 10 I realize I assimilated more than I thought I had. So, yea I would say finish the 15 weeks, especially since you say you are feeling better. They also recommend you go thru the program twice which I plan to do.
