It deffinately helped me and you can order it with Lucinda's "Good Days" suppliments but you can't take it with an anti-depressant.

It is a more natural form of an anti-depressant. People take it when they dont want to take a prescription drug due to all the side effects.you should google it. It does make me feel weird when i took it in the day time. head tightening and light headed. i feel delayed and slow too. does anyone else get this when on 5htp??

I had taken it years ago for insomnia and I started to feel really sluggish and sleepy all the time after taking it for a few weeks. My blood pressure also started to go too low so I stopped it.

I was just wondering if anyone knows, or knows where to find out if you can take Lucindas' "Good Days", when you are taking ani-depressants and BP meds? I am scared to take them, (there goes the panic issue!) LOL. Would some info if possible and dont know where to go to get it

A cousin of mine also took the 5htp as well and it made him sleepy and tired all day. He was not able to function normally while being on it.....I don't know about his blood pressure....

I dont think you can take the good days of it has 5htp or st. johns wort on it. those you cannot take with anti-depressants. . . and i wonder why 5htp makes people so tired. Has anyone ever taken st. Johns wort??
