Ok, Im not sure if I have this or not, but it does feel like my mind wont shut off, but I cant really tell you what Im thinking??? Last night I was having trouble falling asleep, and I kept waking up and couldnt go back to sleep but from the time I was tossing and turning I just kept singing this song that was stuck in my head and I couldnt stop, I was trying so hard to fall asleep but could not shut my mind up! Its so annoying!!!!!!!!!!

Although, thinking about this post I did just realize something, my mind is constantly thinking about my body. I am totally focused on the inside instead of the outside of my body and what is going on does that count for racing thoughts??? Like how am I feeling right now? why does my head feel funny, how fast is my heart beating stuff like that?
