I'm so sorry to hear from your loss, I'm kind of new in the program I'm in Session 14 and I don't know you in person but I feel you are part of my family. You are such a wonderful person thank you for sharing as Steve said your struggles, your successes, and your family with us. You have made such a difference in our lifes that I can not imagine what a loving difference you made in your husband David's life. He was a very lucky man to have you and I'm sure he lived a wonderful life full of love these 25 years you guys were married. I heard heaven is here on earth, and I'm sure he is still next to you in spirit. Te quiero mucho Lucinda which means I love you in Spanish, you and your family are in my prayers. Thank you so much!!! for everything you are and have done for us, also Thanks to David for his support to you and to the program through the tapes.

Lucinda, right now i believe you have the best support system on this earth to be with. you can be assured that all the hugs and appreciation you recieve will be well deserved. keep your sense of humor and laughter close. we are all with you just as you are with "us". you have become my extended family. I am so saddened and grieving along with you. Please know I am praying as you grieve the loss of your loving husband. Although God did not cause this to happen, He is right there with you at your side to help you through it. He's crying with you. 'I will never leave you nor forsake you.' You and family will remain in my prayers and I thank you for all you do for others and ask the Lord to provide courage and strength to you, your children, and extended family.

My sympathy to all who loved David Bassett. Even though I never met David I feel a shining star is missing in this world. Remember to look up he is now shining above. May you find comfort in all who love you. You are all in my prayers. Stay close to God for in Him is comfort.

Dear Lucinda:
I've been thinking of you and your family since learing about the news of David. My father died when he was 53. I am one of 8 kids and was 17 y/o at the time. Myself and two of my sisters were at home at the time. My mother was 49 and devestated. She did OK after his death and a few years later she developed panic, anxiety and depression. She and I went to one of your first promos in Dedham, MA. She went through your program and did so well after that. She survived breast cancer and colon cancer and much to our surprise...handled it very well emotionally. She has met up with ex-fiance', 54 yrs later and is happy and living her life to the fullest. I tell you this because I attribute her success in life to you and the program. Thank you. I am so sorry for yours and your children's pain. I am confident that both you and David have given them the best foundation and so much love and that this will sustain them through life. I'll keep you in prayers.
