I agree with the two posters, trd & sml, above me. I did experience some initial anxiety especially when I hear about this president's policies and ethics concerning things that hold strongly with me as a Christian and an American. But, God did put him in office for a reason, and it could be the false Messiah, who knows.

I would vote for any man or woman of any race whose beliefs and policies I believe in. I do think though, even if McCain won and wasn't Caucasian, he still wouldn't have gotten 1/2 the media coverage that Pres Obama did. IMO.

False Messiah? Leave it to religion to put these ideas in peoples heads. We are our own Messiahs IMO and when we realize this, only then can we be "saved" the evils of life. So far as I know, Obama does not belong to any secret society such as Skulls and Bones, more then I can say for Bush. Do some research, it's there. Obama will do as much as we allow him to.

I wasn't trying to start an argument with my comments about our president.
I own my own business in construction and I have seen my income drop by 75% and I am barely surviving financially.
Don't go blaming the Bush years on this economy, remember that we have had a Democrat congress.
I blame all of this on the oil prices and what we were paying for gas.
All of this does cause a lot of anxiety. More people are probably having anxiety today than any other time in history.
It's all of our job to help everyone we can since we know what you go through.

Obama won, McCain was not going to win anyway. Stop being jealous.most of the country voted for him-that's why he won. Many people know he will do a great job. Jealousy is not going to put mcCain in office, and neither is all of that mess he tried against Obama when he was running for president. McCain lost, now let it rest. You can't change it.

Ya, I'm not really liking the labeling and down-talking in this conversation. Too bad we can't give our opinions or have a healthy debate without it getting personal. I won't contribute to this discussion any longer.
