Hi Mary,

Thanks for that report. Passion flower, another natural remedy and you got positive results. You are now off this and no meds and working the program. Sounds like a huge success story in the making for natural Passion Flower and this program. Please keep us posted on your progress.

Hi all, I've been using rescue remedy for several months, I'm not on meds so I don't know the effect of rescue remedy with them. I do know rescue remedy does work good for me when I have anxiety. It is not a cure all, but many times when I've used it, but not every time, after about 20 min to 30 min I experience a subtle but definately noticable lessening of the body symptoms and I "feel" more stable. (I take a dropperfull when needed). My experience has been positive and I keep the bottle handy.

Hi all,

Thanks mtnbker. I have been using it for the past 2-3 weeks. It has helped a lot. I had a little or mild irritable bowel for the first 2 days, similar to a laxative effect like from eating prunes, but it has all been good after that.

I am getting slightly longer stretches of sleep. Instead of waking up every hour, now I sleep maybe 2 stretches of 3-3.25 hours at a time, and getting into better sleep. That's great for me!

My cat, Bunifa, the one one with anxiety and panic issues, is doing a lot better. She still gets up early and wants attention in the pre-dawn, but the waling and crying has stopped.

Now, I just pick her up and cuddle her and go back to sleep for another 30 minutes, she used to get real fussy anytime anyone touched her, and now she is fine with that. The other thing is she seems less grouchie with the other cats. She sleeps a lot more restful during the day too. Cats can't fake themselves out with a placebo effect. So I am very impressed so far for both my little Bunifa and me.

I agree with mtnbkr, I don't think it is a cure, but it certainly makes life a little more tolerable.

I don't take trips out the house unless it is for stuff I really have to do, like grocery shopping, picking up mail, going to church, and going to doctors or therapy appointments. However, if I feel a little anxious when I am planning my trip, I may take a drop before I leave and it is all good.

I take 4 drops in the morning and maybe 2 drops during the day. I also take 2 drops at bed time. If anybody is interested, here is where I bought mine:

1 bottle will probably last nearly 2 months judging by my rate of usage. Additionally, I do not take any prescription anti-depressant or meds of that type and have not any side effects or contra-indications to the blood pressure meds I am taking (Diovan 320, Metropolol 200, Hyrocholrot 25, and Amlodepine 10) while using this product.

I use the first item or the one on top that sells for $8.10. I am thinking about getting the sleep natural aid that sells for 10.89 on my next order of the vitamin supplements that I need every month.

I wish you all a great day full of many happy moments. :D

Hi sarcolestes,

Thanks, I'll be sure to tell that to my formerly panic and anxiety stricken cat. I guess she doesn't know the difference on what will or will not work. It might help her understand that if I told you said that... :D

Wait a minute, if I tell her that, she might start acting out again thinking I was tricking her and it was just really a placebo effect.

BTW, my cats are super intelligent and they hear and understand people talk.

All kidding aside, that's what it did for you. For me, I am getting a more restful night of sleep, and despite all my other bad life style addictions, I would say that it has done pretty good by me.

I guess we have different body chemistry. Then again how much experimenting have doctors done prescribing meds they are uncertain about what they will do to there particular patients.

I think for the actual cost of probably 5 doses or less of any other prescription product, and no side effects, and the possibility of: it just might work. I would say, it is worth the try.

I think I paid $8.10 for my bottle (probably a 2 month supply)

Here's where I got mine in case you missed it my earlier post:

I can tell you that the effects are very mild and gradual, and may be imperceptible, but you really need give it a least a month to get into your system before you make any judgment as to its effectiveness. just my 2 cents.

Rescue Remedy,1-2 squirts, is also remarkable for calming small animals! If he/she doesn't want it to be squirted into his/her mouth, try putting on the top of his/her paw.

We're ALL suffering in this world. Prayer from the heart works miracles. All the best to you!

Sarcolestes,

Please see post above yours, see quote. See what I mean? We are both saying the same thing.

I think you may have missed that. That's okay, no big deal. I was trying to have a little fun. i like talking about my cats.

Hey, animals help with stress and they sense you stressful moments, why not rescue a nice cat or gray hound, or a wiener dog. All are very loving pets and good companions. If they were traumatized get them the rescue relief and it will make you happy that you were able to help them. really.

If your having trouble finding the product in your local stores you can try www.drugstore.com
they also sell it. I rarely use it but when I do I find it very effective.

The program is your answer to overcoming your anxiety, rescue remedy is just a helping tool for those tough times....if your going through bottles and bottles a day thats not its purpose. Then I would say you desperately need to review your program and incorporate the skills it provides into your everyday life.

Changing your life to be a more positive healthy way of living is what is going to make all the difference in the world in your recovery. Of course there will always be stress in our lives, and there will be days we just arent functioning at our best and the anxiety comes creeping up thats when you can turn to the Rescue Remedy for a little boost to get through the task at hand.

Everything in moderation....thats a great moto to live by. Over indulgence in anything in life is a sure fire recipe for disaster!
Good luck.
