dizziness/off balance/jolts
Hi there! I didn't read every single post so I hope I'm not repeating. I know exactly what you are describing and actually I've been getting it more frequently lately. Most of it (for me) is caused by stress, but the other is caused by allergies. I went through a 2 year period several years ago of being dizzy 24/7 and then getting those jolts like you describe. Had every test you could think of including inner ear, eyes, neurologists (MRI) etc...all came out fine. It ended up being (after searching endlessly myself because my drs were no help after a while and told me just to live with it). a vitamin I was on. It wasn't FDA approved and was supposed to be natural part of honey or something. Well, because it wasn't FDA approved they didn't have to clean it as good I guess you can say so they didn't have to screen all the pollen out of it. I was literally ingesting pollen daily. Once I got off of them it stopped, but now I have seasonal allergies, which I never had an issue with before. Just something else to consider if you haven't already. I hope you feel better soon...dizzies are no fun especially those that come out of the blue.

CoCo,
I just wanted to let you know that if you do try a med like lexapro, it states on the bottle it can cause dizziness, so just becareful.
Sorry you are still going through this I can remember when I first came to the fourm over a year ago you were dealing with this. It has to be frustrating for you. I wish you the best.
Take care,
Debbie
