1) Monday was awesome ! Not like the way I've always heard Monday's to be.

Jill....as for the sweet potatoes, try this. It's awesome. I didn't think it would be, but I won't eat them any other way now.
- 2 peeled sweet potatoes cut into 12 wedges each
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Put potato wedges and other ingredients in a bowl and toss together. Put in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.

1. the heavy fog didn't get me down! I just decided to wait patiently for sping.
2. Got the liundry all done.
3. Got lots of mail in U.S. mail box. Which means that I went to the mail box. We had 39 degreees for a high today.
Manofmusic: I'm sure I will like that recipe a lot. I like sweet potatoes. I've never made them that wsy. Thanks a lot. Can't wait to make those. Gonna get sweet potatoes at store tomorrow.

thanks for the tip on the taters. I am trying to avoid extra fat so I think I will try that but use egg whites as the binder. Although Shif said to try them plain and that is good as well. They are very sweet

When I read your recipe to hubby he was anxious to try it that way.
