HI There,
I had a not so nice post on good days a few days ago after bad customer service experience BUT I will say other than my allergy to mushrooms and that causing headaches (I think) anyways I do really love them! I am extremely sensitive to anything and have had a good experience thus far. My depression gets worse in the winter but I quit zoloft 2 weeks ago by mistake and am going to keep up with the program and the good days (im not recommending going off a med) but for me they covered the gap for my body! I have stopped the mushroom pill and am doing very well.. im continuing with them!
Dont fear everyone is different but they will help your body and the program will help you mind with those two your on your way! be open minded and dont let anxiety ruin them for you.. be positive! Oh and I felt them after about a week..
Good luck!
good day vitamins
I have been seeing a nutritional counselor for the last year who has me taking several supplements (some of which are to help depression), and she looked at the Good Days packaging and said they are all good supplements. However, she does not recommend that I take them because of the antidepressant that I am on (Effexor XR).
The problem is, there is no way for Lucinda and the people who put out Good Days to know the particular mix of medications each of us is taking. So, the best thing to do is to consult your doctor to see if there is any good reason you shouldn't take what's in Good Days.

Hi, I used Good Day vitamins for a year and felt that they had the highest percentage of vitamins I needed plus some beneficial minerals and other supplements. I think the fish oil and B complex are particularly important. Having said that, I've run out and didn't keep the box. Can someone give me the website or phone to order more? Thank you in advance!

So I've been dealing with depression for as long as I can remember and serious anxiety for little over a year now. I've tried a few SSRI's but they havent worked and I've suffered bad side effects! Now I'm trying "Good Day" vitamins to see if natural supplements will help ease my depression. Sometimes it gets so bad I pray for death. I just want to be happy ya know...
I've been taking the vitamins for 12 days now and I hope I will feel a difference in a few weeks. If you have experience with the vitamins please let me know I need some hope for relief. Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you to anyone who replies with some insight.
