alio4 so glad I could help. :)

Right now I am only taking B-12 sublinguals in the form of methylobalamin. I take it every now and then.

A lot of allergy tests don't work with foods like dairy and gluten. I am not sure why. Most of the population has an intolerance to these things, but don't even know it. I can feel it when I eat them after not having them in my body for a while. And I can also feel it when I stop eating them, I can feel them detoxing out!

An elimination diet is a good way to tell if you have sensitivities. You can do that one on your own. http://search.yahoo.com/search...e&p=elimination+diet

If you are eating over 10-15% fat it could be triggering your hypoglycemia. If your fat is kept low fruit shouldn't be an issue in your diet.

Good job on the green smoothies! I love them!

Book I have heard and read that many with depression do well with Vitamin D and Omega 3's. I am leary of all the fillers and so when I was taking vitamins I made sure they weren't full of sugars and starches. Sometimes I could tell which ones were better if they were in a capsule form so I knew they'd be more than likely digested rather than just passed right thru me without making any stops :)
Also Vitamin C in the months where sickness seems to be around every corner. To help keep your immune system stronger. My shrink who was a health nut and exercise physiologist and bariatric specailist as well took Nordic Naturals brand. I myself have not taken to using vitamins since they are usually to expensive. (the quality ones). I like what the gal said in one tape I think it was session 3 that she had this phobia about taking pills but then had her heart attack and she changed her inner dialogue from fear to
"this medicine is going to help save my life"
Don't be scared. The worst I have ever heard of symptom wise was maybe a little tummy discomfort or lethargy. Never heard anything that would cause you to have the totally out of control spacey body and mind feeling. I think you'd be okay.
Take and I hope your neck is feeling much better by now :)
Jilly~
