I'm only on week one of the program, but it has helped some, and I have hopes that I will continue to improve. I want to be free of this health anxiety, and instead of obsessing every time I feel my heart pick up the pace, or my throat feels a little tight, or a muscle in my back or chest tightens up, I want to go through my day without worrying whether I'm going to die of some strange disease or not!
So far, I have felt like I am taking 2 steps forward, and 1 step back. But, as long as we all keep moving forward, we'll get where we're going eventually, right?
