Thanks guys. I am so happy to help people and gove those inspiration And encouragement and just KNOWING that what you have in your hands, does work. You just have to be PATIENT and give it all time. That was what I needed to practice more the first time. PATIENCE. Your breaking bad bad habits that have been engrained in your brain for who knows how many years however, it is proven (SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN) that you CAN change the chemical reaction in your brain.
We've become "addicted" to those chemicals that are associated with fear, anger, self-pity, guilt, etc. Our brain "needs" it in a sense to feel "normal". SO when things are going good and you are not feeling those feelings, our brains search for them so that we get our fix.
Make sense?
I think once I found this out, it made me really "get" it. Just keep repeating the positives, even if you don't believe it at first, and see where it can take you. But, be prepared, you will probably get discourages, upset, maybe even a bit scared, along the way and that is OK. It just goes to shoe you , you are changing and change is HARD.
You can all overcome this and you WILL!!

Lisa

Hi Lisa, for me anxiety has been with me all my life as far as I can tell. After three months on the program I see progress, just seems so very slow. Again thanks for posting, very helpful, encouraging stuff. Helps me refocus on the longterm outcome.

Lisa, I am soooo happy for you! We've been through this thing together, it seems. I knew you were doing well, as I don't see you on this site much anymore.

Congratulations!!!! And God bless and keep you always :D

Dear Lisa,

Way to go girl - you went for "YOUR'S" & you claimed it!

Sincerely, heart & soul, I am very happy for you. In addition, w/o meaning to sound condescending, I am so PROUD OF YOU. Yes, not only for your tremendous success w/ your "recovery" - moreso, for your courage & conviction to face yourself & change those parts of you that needed changing.

As a fellow woman + fellow former sufferer + human being + friend, I am happy your soul/spirit are FREE! I am BEYOND ELATED that you are free fr the fears that bound you for far too long. You did it girl & God bless you for it. Now, from your story & by your very example, you shall serve as inspiration for many. You shall go out there into the world & be the compassion this world needs - esp for those who can't speak for themselves. ^^^^^^5 girl.

Your friend,

LENORE
