Hi Stephanie,
I am so sorry you are not feeling well. I have suffered from the same types of things you have - not being able to get out of bed, crying all the time. It is horrible! The one thing that has helped me tremendously is trying to think positively about everything, trying to go for a walk every day, and watch what you eat. Turkey, cottage cheese, green leafy vegetables are especially good for depression. I know when I don't eat well (french fries, burgers, fried foods) I don't feel as well. For about six months I have tried to watch what I eat, exercise and think positively and get out in the sun every day if you can or at least get some fresh air. You are on the right track for asking for help and asking for prayers. I will keep you in my prayers because I have been there and I know how horrible and lonely it is. I hope you have some good family and friends that can help you through this also. I have also found that being around people helps me so much! God bless you and I will keep you in my prayers - I already said a prayer for you. You might try reading some passages out of the Bible also - that always makes me feel better - Psalms is a good place to start. You can IM me anytime - good luck to you and God Bless You!
