Hi Beckyl, I am going to get the chamomille tea, no caffeine, right? I agree the relations with my husband make me relaxed, but sure not sleepy. Do you wake up a lot at night or do you sleep throughout the night?

Is your bedroom an oasis?? Try re-doing your room, possibly getting some nature CDs that play very softly all night, and if you like water, get a small fountain. Turn your room into your own oasis. Do not do any type of work in your room...fold laundry, pay bills etc. Get up earlier...every day. This will help you feel tired in the evenings. NO CAFF.! The mag/calcium combo mentioned earlier is very good, also try valerian root. It is a natural substance. Kava Kava is also, but valerian is much better for sleep deprivation. Try a hypnosis CD dealing with insomnia. These are very helpful and inexpensive. You can download some good ones online even. After the kids go to bed, use candle light only in the house until you go to bed. This will help your body/mind begin to tire. Get into your pjs as soon as the kids go to bed as well, make sure your evening routine (shower, etc.) is done early. Perhaps purchase an inexpensive massager you can put on your recliner and do this while listening to your relaxation CD.
