I agree. I went through this a couple years ago, (and thought it was gone for good) and I thought I had everything under the sun, and the feelings were so real! I could not believe that my symptoms were caused be me. I just need to get a grip, and try and get through this. I am on week 9, but this time, it isn't working quite as good for me as it did last time. I think after my week on 9, Friday, I am gonna go back and do week 3 again. I meet with my counselor on Mondays and Fridays, and I am still having scary thoughts, and now, on top of all that, I can't sleep. So I am actually getting a little worse. Hope I am getting to the top of the mountain! I see in here were lots of folks have had Goofy Vision... I have one eye that is goofy. Not quite in focus and sensitive. Actually feels larger.. hehe. Although I am pretty sure, that it isn't.. But nobody really says how long these things last. I have had it about 2 or 3 weeks now, and I hope that is goes away soon. Anyone else have Goofy Eye? For how long?
