WOW! I'm glad I kept reading this. I've been experiencing extremely hot flashes all over and let me tell you, it is BAD. I feel like my flesh inside my skin is on FIRE. It lasts between 45 minutes to 3-4 hours!
When I first wake up in the morning it starts, then I walk around with my shirt pulled up above my belly & rub it real lightly to give me chills. Truthfully, I don't know if it helps.
I get hot flashes in my legs, in my stomach, my arms, my head & my face. Not always at the same time. It seems like my internal temperature is off whack - I get chills & shakes at various times, then other times I get heat & pricklies???
Right now as I'm typing, the right side of my face & neck are really HOT. Mine seems to travel - does anyone elses?
I know this is anxiety & it will go away.

I'm really struggling in calming myself when I have the hot flashes. The hot flashes have really affected my self confidence when I'm socializing with friend or strangers and when I'm working. Since I have had times when I'm talking with a client then the thought of "what if I start sweating" crosses my mind then next thing you know, I'm breaking out in a sweat. It's so frustrating. Has anyone else used techniques to help themselves cool down or calm down when experiencing the Hot Flashes?
Thanks
