I just close my eyes for a moment and say to myself STOP AND FOCUS to put myself back in the moment. I'll usually do this when I'm at work stressing about my job. And then I'll visualize myself concentrating on my work and then I'll open my eyes. It works when I do it. But it takes practice. It works better if I meditate regularly or listen to the relaxation tape as often as I should.
