DebDeb,
I know what you mean about not having enough time for yourself. I have a 3 hour commute to work everyday, a 11 year old daughter and 1 year old son, and my wife goes to work when I get home from work. I was laid off for a year but have been in my present job for 1 year. Money is very tight and I have small panic attacks at night. What I find most difficult is finding the time to go through this program. I get frustrated that I can't spend the time to get better. Thus, I have more anxiety, get more depressed and the panic attacks start all over again. I have not been right since I was laid off. I want to feel normal again and I don't even know if I can get back there again. Everything is such a chore.
Anyway, I know what you are going through. I feel a lot better on the weekends.
