chest pain followed by burning
Sounds like panic to me doerly. I know when I have attacks I get very flushed and feel like my body is on fire on the inside and when I start hyperventalating its causes the tingly feeling you described, it could be that you have indegestion. If the symptoms get worse it would not hurt to go get checked out just to be safe.
Doerly,
You need to ensure that your symptoms are not related to a more serious condition. While we all want to believe it is anxiety, you just never know.
I have been an EMT for 15yrs and have been on so many chest pain calls that I can tell you more are false alarms than are the real ones. I have had those who thought indigestion and were having a heart attack.
I don't want to make you nervous or more anxious, but just because you had a full work up two months ago, anything can happen.
From someone who has had several panic attacks and even spent a night in the Emergency Room validating that it was anxiety, you have to use caution.
In the end after further testing I was found to have Acid Reflux (it might be GERD) and a hiatal hernia. My issues have been diagnosed and if need be, you should go for a few more tests.

Too often we enjoy the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.
