Dear Stac, I think r.michelle had a tip in there that could help. Listen to your Stress stuff again, definitely the relaxation tape (maybe a couple of times a day, before yard duty, before the PTF meeting.) Could you be thinking that you are such a veteran of this training that you've moved beyond? If you listened again, you might find that it's still as effective as ever. Or you can go for the meds.

Thanks for all the encouragement! Everyone has brought up some good points for me to think about. The thing with this program is I have not yet completed the whole program. I get so far and stop! I need to really dig into and stick with it. Now that my little one is in school I have more time to apply myself without distractions. It's sometimes hard to motivate myself. This has been the worse off I have ever been. I've never stopped going places before. And I hate the thought of medications to get me thru this but I might have to give it another try. I'm thinking my family and friends are tired of hearing about this problem!! This morning was awful and all I wanted to do was climb back into bed. Which I did but really had to muster up any effort to go and be with the family. I have to find my inner strength again but sometimes it's soo hard to do without someone saying come on...I think my husband is getting tired of the what ifs involved and how come you can't just do it! Prob. me overracting! But anywho I am home alone so I am going to listen to the relaxtion and start downloading the cds to my ipod!
Thanks again...It's great to just get it off your chest and know that someone else understand what we are dealing with. Now can I stop feeling dizzy! LOL

Yes it dose get better, but most people like me do need to get help from a Doctor and yes pills are taken for it, some people have gone through the program and has help a great deal, but in time, people do need that extra help to get there and or need that push.
What ever works for me and or you may not work for everyone else, I take a pill and listen to cd's [calm and relaxtion] and that helps, sometimes, I've had this for years and getting better as the days, months or even if it takes a year or two, I'm better then I was before, it's just taking a long time.
