Hi everyone,
I started last Monday and will be starting session 2. I am excited and anxious all at the same time. I feel like I'm not doing things right. But I have hope that the next sessions will make me feel better about this process. Good Luck to everyone who's just beginning. I want the people who are farther into the program to know that all of thier stories give me hope and inspiration.

Hi Twodogs08 - Good for you. I'm just into week 5 and have experienced some breakthroughs already. It's not easy - but how liberating to finally understand what's been going on with me. This Program is literally the best thing I've ever done for myself and I'm sure you'll be happy about the commitment you're making too. Be kind to yourself, be patient with yourself, speak words of faith over yourself and this Program and you will be successful. God bless. Laura

I'm just beginning too, and my early mornings after only sleeping 3-4 hours, i wake up and feel pretty anxious...i feel like i'm doing everythng, breathing, listening to the relaxation tapes, etc..i do find exercising helps, but not at 3:00 in the morning..i'm still taking the xanax...but this anxiety all day is not helping me.

Hey Lorin and welcome,
Mornings are extremely hard for many of us with anxiety. I am often up at 3 am myself. What I have found though is that the exercise piece is critical to the sleeping. You have to burn that adrenaline that is causing the anxiety ( prior to bedtime). I didn't sleep last night and I'm an emotional wreck this morning. But I did it to myself, I chose to skip out on my walk and bowflex. Boy did I pay. Stick with it you will feel better.

;)Hi everyone! I've also just started the program (last week Friday) and I feel really excited about something that may really help! I think the audio cds are eye-opening because they describe the way I've been feeling with my anxiety, I've never heard some of these things talked about before! Thank You God, there's HOPE! Best wishes to us all!
