I originally started this program back in February. After about eight weeks, I stopped because I was too busy. At least that's what I told myself. Since then I've lapsed back into all my old bad habits.

I'm going to try again, starting today. I can say that I did feel better even after going through just part of the program last time. And I'm going to do my best to stick with it this time.

I surely hope you do stick with it this time. I am on Session 13, and found both Session 10 and 12 to be major points of growth for me. What people often refer to as light bulb moments did happen, but I'd call them lighthouse moments. By the time I completed 12 I knew something key to me: I won't be going back to those old habits. I'm not doing any of them today. My depression has lifted. Good stuff here. Every day when I get up, I'm just excited. Not sure why, but I am usually smiling when I look in the mirror. My mind doesn't dwell. I catch the fleeting negative thought and look at it. Even that can make me smile.
