weight gain with every anti-depressant?

I am thinking of starting paxil.. well I don't know anymore if I should go again without meds or with meds... anyways I'm just reading a lot about weight gain does this happen to everyone?

It happened to me both times I've been On antidepressants(zoloft)but the alternative not functioning and lyign in bed for 5 days straight and constantly crying wasn't an acceptable option.This time after a while,the antidepressant wasn't enough,so my psychiatrist added an "adjunct" medication topamax for mood disorder that has helped me greatly with the added benefit of weight loss as a side effect.
