Advice on Ativan prn dosing?

I have been on ativan 0.5mg BID prn anxiety.
Currently I take about 1 tablet about 7 or 8 in the morning.
My concern is that by noon everyday my anxiety starts to peak again. Now I am in the last 10 days of nursing school. I have 1 more day of clinicals and that is tomorrow. I don't get through tomorrow and I don't graduate.

Is there some way I can adjust my meds to where I can take something at 6am and then again at noon just for tomorrow only? Has anyone ever taken that much?
Maybe .5mg in am and then .25mg at lunch? or will I be a zombie?
I will be in clinical from 630am to 6pm.

i take .5 in a.m. , .5 in afternoon , and .5 at night. doesnt make me feel like a zombie in any way at all. ull be ok
