Switch from Zoloft to Paxil

Doctor wants me to switch from Zoloft to Paxil he says that Paxilwill help me sleep better at night and maybe gain some weight, i have lost weight and have a hard time falling asellp and he thinks that Paxil will help me. Any advice, or should i just up my Zoloft to 100mg, i am on 50mg's now.

He wants me to start weening off Zoloft to .25mg and take Paxil 20mg same time. Do i take teh ZOloft first and then take the Paxil a couple hours later or do I take them at teh same time. I usually take my Zoloft around 7:00 that's what I am confused about. He said to take the .25mg of Zoloft for seven days with the paxil

I just switched from Paxil to Zoloft and it was horrid. Paxil works great for a short time and then your body gets used to it and you have to keep increasing the dose. I am currently taking 150 mg of the zoloft and have found it to be affective for anxiety.
