good day formula how long to take?

how many months or years or forever can you be on good day formula and do you have to taper off like prescription antidepressants meds

hello my name is amy i have been taking xanax for about 2 months and i just received in the mail the good day formula from lucinda. can i take this and still take the medication. will it cause any side effects. Please tell me what you think. thank you
