I am on week 10 of the program. I know I am learning a ton from it. I just realized that I had not had a panic attack since July 4th, which only got to a level 3 before I stopped it. I also noticed when I started to "what if" my worrying, I stopped myself and saved it for my worry time and wrote out a solution. I finally feel as if I am now in control of my life in a good way, not an anxious-filled say. I know this program is definitely working for me, because I have forgotten to take my meds. My doctor is ready to take me off the medicine, which has been my goal for the last several years.
I am feeling fantastic. So anybody with doubts about the program, it does work and it has given me a new life. It takes work, but it is worth every minute of time you give it.
