I've always had anxiety, probably since birth. It has changed over the years based on situations but lately it's becoming hard to bear. Over a year and a half ago, after struggling to keep employed and housed, my husband and I ended up in my home town, living with family...my worst nightmare. I never wanted to look back. There have been challenges since we've been here but recently we've had a run of good fortune and have had enough money to finally get some things done like go to the dentist to check out a tooth that has been slowly falling apart over the last 3 years it has been a roller coaster ride since. Adrenaline rushing, racing heart...different from my usual panic attacks. The work is in progress as we pay it off in installments. The next step is waiting until we can afford it and I am afraid to eat now. I am hoping that this will go away when we get the work done.
Marshmellowgirl...Do you have the program??? If so, then, I strongly suggest you begin working on it!!! If not, then, I pray that somehow you try and get it!!!!
The racing heart and a host of other symptoms esteem from panic attacks. You are so full of anxiety that it has taken away your appetite. If you believe in God, then, I suggest you leave your financial stressors in His Big Hands. Remember, Jesus wants us to prosper and be in good health!!!
Times may get rough, but, they always tend to smooth out. We just need to learn to be patient, and try not to worry. It is impossible for worry to change anything. Worry just makes us sick. If there is some type of action you can take..then take action...If not, then, I strongly suggest you just let go and let God.
You are experiencing panic attacks. I had them for 21 years of my life, and was agoraphobic...
I overcame this and so can you!!!! God Bless

Dear Ms. Bones,
Thank you for your words. I am having trouble eating because I am afraid that one tooth, which has just been partially fixed, and another tooth which is starting to fall apart, are gonna fall right out of my head. They both need a crown and we have to wait until we can afford to get it done. I have used the tapes but my brother has misplaced them while moving. As for God, I am an atheist and don't find comfort there. Reading the books again and talking to myself has helped but it seemed like a good thing to reach out.
I appreciate your taking the time.
