Lucinda's new program?

Does anyone have any info on Lucinda's latest program? I can't find any information about it anywhere. Thanks.

The title is "The Solution"- A 5-day emotional makeover for controlling stress and worry. It was being offered on the QVC home shopping network. If you check their website it may still be offered through them, but I'm sure StressCenter has it also. I've gone through the CD's and workbook and found it beneficial. I had already completed the regular 15 session program first though, so it would be hard for me to judge how effective it would be for someone who had not already worked through the regular program.

So, let me be blunt.... Is it unnecessary for someone who has been through the entire program? Thanks!

I guess that would be a personal choice on whether to add the new program. I did very well on the original and made much progress, and still found some of the things on the new program helpful, especially the bonus CD. It certainly can't hurt to add something new that may be beneficial, but if the original program has gotten you to the point of a satisfied recovery, then you may not need anything else.
