only 2 weeks

I'm new to this website and I'm not sure where to place this post. I seem to be able to only do something really well for about 2 weeks at a time ie.keeping the house clean, staying on top of the bills, keeping the dishes done- even on-the-job things like placing orders for supplies or accomplishing tasks on a daily basis. I may be way off or right on target, but is this a symptom of anxiety or depression (or both)?

I am the same way you are.I seem to have a cycle where i keep my bedroom clean for a week or two and then i get tired of doing it so i quit keeping it as clean as i should.This cycle repeats for most things i do such as keeping my car clean or motorcycle.I don't think this is anxiety or depression because i have been this way all my life and so are most people i know.I think we just get tired of doing the same things over and over.As humans we can't be satisfied so we change up the things we do.
