feels like i cant control my actions

Its weird like im doing something but then im like how did i do that. Like what made me do what.i just did now its weird i feel like i am not in control of my actions or what i do i hate it feels like what if i do something crazy? I dont know if im thinking too much cause whem i dont think about it i dont get scared but its like i do the right things all the time but how its like its a spacey feeling? or idk its weird...

Dannyv26, Welcome and as you mention it sounds as if there is a lot of stinkin thinkin. You allways have a choice. What is really bothering you?

Over-thinking can create that 'overwhelm' sensation. It's our brain on over-load. We do well to distract, under-react, call it a bad habit and get back into positive truths. Pay close attention to lesson 3, 8, 9 and 10 in your program. See my other posts on obsessive thinking. They will help.
