Hello Everyone, my name is Chris (female) and I am a coach here at the StressCenter.com. I have been coaching with Stress for almost 7 years now and blessed to say I get to coach the most courageous and amazing people. I have my own story of anxiety, depression and obsessive thinking. Just like you, I chose to use the tools in the StressCenter.com program to get out of the storm. All of us in the Coaching Department want to be a voice of help and hope.
