All I know is I payed $199.00 last year. Paid in full. I read the negative comments about it not working and being a scam but like anything else you get what you put into it and also sometimes it's not for everyone. But many people have given testimonies of being helped. I'm one of them. I will never be completely free of depression and anxiety but I have learned to manage it by using techniques from the CD's. I tell everybody that you don't have to be stressed out by trying to do everything including writing a journal or reading the workbook. I went through it at MY speed. I would listen and go back or skip around with the Cd's. You don't need to be stressed.

Hi Lucy! Thank You that is a big help! This program is pretty good so far. I have taken the breathing technique they suggested and applied to my daily life and it calms my nerves and muscles down when I'm starting a little bit of stress. I have not a panic attack or anxiety attack in two years. I have on meds that work and I'm using the program to combine CBT with them which read gives long lasting results to people who use both of these together Good luck to you! It seems this program is doing wonders for you as well.
