I'm on the Expectations part of the session now.. I didn't wan't to post in this thread because alot of the time i think i bother people and i half way think everyone is out to get me secretly with all these crazy thoughts.

But i posted because i'm scared. I'm doing this program and trying to relax. But when i get angry i break things and scream and have suicidal thoughts so much. Even in nightmares i have alot of thoughts of death or killing.

I dont want to kill anyone or kill myself. I just want those thoughts to stop maybe im impatient but i'm trying wtih this program i just want the thoguhts to go away fast.

xlostgirl.......You dont bother me lost. Being independent from what others think about you or what YOU think they are thinking is putting more torture on yourself needlessly. Our society is based on being social but being unnaturally paranoid about everything around us. Think of it this way, People havent changed we just became more of an information gathering type of human. Try not to overload yourself, DONT THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX anymore....its too stressful for you. Keep yourself focused(inside your box) on YOU. You are the important one. You matter. And listening to the expectations AGAIN is great. I did a number of times, creamcheesepuff.

When I did the program I found that the expectations portion was the hardest to face. I am like you, I have terrible nightmares about death and killing and I am always afraid I am going to hurt someone. It is so scary because we do NOT want to have these thoughts and they are very scary. I had to listen to that tape like five times to really grasp it so don't worry it will take some time, and for those of us who are impatient it is difficult because I too am impatient. Even to this day I have to constantly remind myself about expectations, and overcoming them

It is hard to even concentrate on some of the workbooks when i'm so angry i feel dizzy.
