Just like "Just Mommy", I am too seeking a friend (penpal) to share our fears, triumphs, tips, and whatever else may pop up.

This is my 3rd attempt at finishing the program...the two other attempts stopped at around session 6 (not sure why!). I am now onto session 8, where I have to start pushing myself to go do things and face my fears.

I have agoraphobia, and my world is a lot smaller than it could be because of that....and I feel like my life is run by my anticipatory anxiety.

I have no kids, unless you count my chihuahuas! and not married, and it looks like my 8 year relationship will be coming to an end...so my support system might be down one person

Hi Buffygirl,

I am also looking for an anxiety buddy. I am also an agoraphobia. After working through the program I can actually put a name to my addicted behavior "AGORAPHOBIA". I've been working through this program since June and I can honestly say it has helped me. I find myself slipping sometimes and taking a step, but then I catch myself and try to focus again. Believe me it's hard and is a challene but I am going to overcome this anxiety. Buffygirl if you ever need to talk I'm here. I know being alone can make it more challenging but it will just make you much stronger. Stay strong and keep your head up. )
