Cold hands/feet

Does anyone experience cold hands and feet? I am anxious most all of the time and my hands and feet are always cold. My doc can't explain it and I have every test and my circulation is good. I'm just wondering is the anxiety is causing the blood to flow inward and away from the extremities. I heard that this can happen when anxious or stressed. Any ideas? Bob.

it seems like whenever i get really anxious i get cold hands and feet too!!! also if my blood sugar is really low. i think its probably from anxiety, cuz it always happens to me when im rly anxious, so i wouldnt worry about it. sometimes if i kno im gonna be very anxious i wear really warm socks and bring lil mittens lol its better then being freezing.

Hey Bob no worries, I have cold extremeties too and seem to have had this for quite some time. Our body's change over time, and sometimes there isn't any reason for it. It's ok not to find a cause or reason because when you look at the human body/anatomy who could explain everything?

Relax and know that it's ok.

It's normal for me. I hate shaking hands with people because my hands will be cold and sweaty. It is definitely anxiety related for me.
