Morning Anxiety
This has actually been my issue for the last two mornings..its a new thing for me, but yes I have experienced the same. I do know that the last 2 nights I have had scary dreams so that might be part of the cause of it. I wake up very shaky and anxious before the day has even started. Until recently I was doing really well with my anxiety. I need to start listening to the Relaxation CD right before bed like I used to do. I would suggest you try that too and maybe it will help with a more relaxed sleep! I even listened to it a few times and fell asleep to it many nights. Hopefully that will help a bit! Just wanted to let you know that you are not alone.

Yes, listen to the relaxation CD before you go to sleep and when you wake up in the morning. It is so helpful...it takes a little practise but well worth it. Stick to it..every day and it is recommended by Lucinda to do it three times a day. It is only 15 minutes and well worth it. Good luck...p.s. mornings are my very worse time. Never had been a morning person, but when I'm forced to face the day so early in the morning...it causes me anxiety, especially when I'm tired. I'm learning to float with all the spaciness though...it wears off by mid morning and then my head much clearer.

Hello!Yes I experience this almost every morning.It's very frustrating but you have to let yourself float through it.I know it's hard but the only way to stop this from happening is don't feed into it.I'm still experiencing this like I said but I've been doing alot of research and that's what everyone that has had this condition has said.These are people who have totally recovered.We have to take their advice and just float through all those symptoms.You're not alone with this.Take care and God bless!
