Anyone ever have that before and what woud you suggest to help...ive been trying not to think about it...but ahhblood rushing feeling?
So you know that feeling you get when you stand up to fast...all the blood is rushing to your head feeling and you heart beats a little fast...or the feeling when you get nervous to talk to someone and your heart skips a beat and you get all flushed?? WHAT IS THAT...its been happning alll day today.. I think I am totally thinking about it too much...but its scary me! Anyone ever have that before and what woud you suggest to help...ive been trying not to think about it...but ahh
