Controling Anxiety&Depression attacks
I started a with your product five days ago and I have read as much as 2 sessions and have listen to 3 session . I have found that some of my thoughts are like others. I found that since I was slow learner and I went thur it that others could do it also,perfectionist maybe I try to but am not really. I also new that I was more sensitive than let say some coworkers.but knowledge is power and I have learn some extra tools I can use your relaxation cd everyday/nite and it's great.I'm using the six steps 3.4.5 I 've use offten.Now how do we control the nerious stomack

Oh my! Are you really moving through the program that quickly? I found that not worrying about more than one session per week is a good gradient for me. I actually spent almost two weeks on the third session. Sorry to hear about your nervous stomach. I don't have this problem, but there are many posts which might help you with this from previous months. Best of luck.
