Does anyone have ideas that will help me to stick with the course reading material? I listen to the CD's over and over but can not get in to the reading material. I have a very short attention span!!!

How about highlighting the information that you feel benefits you the most? Or make it a goal--like I will read the next 3 paragraphs then I will let myslef have a 5 minute break. Good luck-stick with it as best you can. It will help.

If you exercise, do you incorporate stationary bikes, elliptical machines or stair-steps? If so, that's a great time to read the material. That's when I do, and it makes 30 minutes on the bike go by real fast.
