I would need some positive something or positive statement that I could use while I am having my wisdom tooth remove.. Also for during the time I might be sick for few days after wisdom tooth removal.. Any suggestion? Please NO NEGATIVE or Bad experience shared on this thread! Thanks

Amy,
Hope this helps!
You have the Power
If you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power to revoke at any moment.

Believe You Can
Believe you can, and you can. Belief is one of the most powerful of problem dissolvers. When you believe that a difficulty can be overcome, you are more than halfway to victory over it already.
Love you Nelly:)

Hi Amy,
This may help... trust yourself and your amazing human body to be able to engage in the process of the treatment, then to heal. Also, allow your trust of the professional (oral surgeon) to accept the treatment. It's kind of like being a team, your mind, body and the healer as well as life's healing force itself. hope this will help, take care.

Dear Amy, I hope this helps. Several years ago I had my wisdom teeth removed on one side, I am the biggest baby and let them go too long and the pain was bad so I finally had to go and I was SO relieved when I did Amy, the procedure was not at all bad, and this was 12 years ago so now its probably pain-free! After the pulling of the teeth I did not have any terrible pain, I was on a mild pain-killer and that helped, a little sore and tender, but I was never "sick" you will not feel sick either, you get too drink yummy milkshakes and ice-cream, you will not feel sick or dreadful, the gums may be a tad bit sore but tylenol, or a mild pain-killer will stop that, I actually had mine done by a regular dentist opposed to a oral surgeon and it went fine, I worried and worried and within 20 minutes it was over and I was fine and you will be too Amy!

Also my younger sis just had root-canal and it was virtually pain free! You will not be sick, please drink a strawberry milkshake on me! :p
