Hi i am 2 weeks into the program as of friday and find that my anxiety is a little worst in my belly , I am told this is common is this so?I am using my 6 steps and my relaxation it works but i do not have the flash cards yet.Do these cards help?

Yes the flash cards help there the same as what your workbook say. I have the same problem with my stomach I am also week 2 into program. Excercise helps, listen to relax tape, also I tried just being in the now moment when anxiety gets to me.it helps for a moment. the six steps are hard to remember when your having runaway thoughts, but with practice it will get better a little bit of the time. Iguess what you and me have to do is just believe and stay in the now moment as best we can. I know its hard I say a pray for you. thats even hard to do some times.
