Hi, I recently purchased the program and haven't started it yet. I keep putting it off because I know once I start, it will be a commitment that will be both time-consuming and entail some hard work on my part. I like knowing I have these tools at my disposal, but just haven't jumped in and started. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, did you ever actually start the program and finish it? I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Hello self starter.

I've done the program from start to finish and it's great. I was a mess, now I'm doing great!

Just jump in! Go ahead this could be the beginning of your recovery from anxiety and depression! :)

I'm on session 10 and 11(I'm doing them both together) and am really seeing how everything is tying in together and how the first 3 build on the future sessions. I plan on going thru the program a second time. It does take time, but after you've done the first few it gets easier and just becomes a part of what you do. If you don't have a lot of time at your disposal, just go at a slower pace.
