Seeking councel and advice
Hello everyone im new here. I been dealing with anxiety attacks for a while. I even have a hard time going places cuz im afraid im going to get attacks where ever i go. I just looked into the program and i want to try it out. im also a christain as well, in which my faith has helped me so much through this. I have my ups and downs you know. I still have hope. Im currently on medication an antidepressent. But it doensnt look like its working. Its helped but i still get attacts. And i dont feel myself. Sometimes i think im going crazy. However Im learning so much through this ordeal. God is just teaching me first hand that he has my life in his hands. Its encouraging. Well if any of you have advice to give.. i would really appreciate it. Im 24, in college, about to graduate with a degree in Electical Engineering. Its been tough. So if you have any advice about the program or just faith, i could use good councel. Thank you.

Hi Levi!
It sounds like you have an amazing outlook on life!! You sound so hopeful. I don't know that I really have any advice to share about the program, other than encouraging you to just stick with it and do the workbook exercises. Try the strategies that the lessons teach you, and keep having faith in yourself. Remember that God loves you just as you are, no matter what. Learning to deal with anxiety and depression is not easy, but you will start to feel better eventually. Keep praying, stay focused on your goal, and you will accomplish amazing things (like graduating with a degree in electrical engineering...that's fantastic!)!!
