Hello butcher
I do recall Omega 3 and B Complex being two of the ones highly recommended but I am not sure of what the others might be? In the past I was able to get some decent vitamins from PuritansPride.com and they always have big sales and good prices.I know that some herbs I can't take because they may cause an interaction with my anti-depressants. I am starting week 5 today too!

Vitiamin D seems to be getting the most news right now and many of us don't get enough of it. We naturally produce it ourselves whenever we're in the sun, but with sunscreen being used more often and especially for people in northern climates, many people are not producing enough. It's supposed to be great for many things including stress/attitude and disease prevention. The jury is still out on how much you should be taking and the current recommendations are pretty old.
