mornings....
hi everyone... has anyone of you find it so so so soooo hard to start their day? like early in the morning you would have instant heart palpitations and you feel like you didn't sleep the entire night well?... hmm..... im just wondering if someone has this feeling?

Sorry i have the same fillings, i wake up around 3;30 filling like every nerve in my body is tingling and i cant breath.
so i go outside and get some air try to take some water with you to bed i dont know if it will help but it seems to take my mind of of the filling's but the thing i do is now that i will be ok. you my wont to check to make sure you dont have some kind of sleep problem that my not be relatied to panic attacks, they think i have sleepapanea. so they wont to do a sleep test.but i can truely understand, i am trying to get over filling like im scared to sleep. Please know that you will be ok ,
i dont know all that is troubling you but i do understand these attacks i have had them for 20 years. i hvae gone years without them then they come back and i just got tired of it .i and you have to take back our lives once and for all.
Be proud of the thing you do . accept that you are in control it my be scary but you can do it .so when you wake up
with these fillings accept that they are there but dont let them have more power then they need. just try to understand that they (attacks) are not happy with you for wonting to get better so look at it this way you are winning and they dont like it .

hi... thank you so much for the wonderful message. the prayer and God's help is our key to recovery plus ourselves too... i have so many anxiety/panic attacks and honestly it is very challenging but i know God will help us through this...
yes i used to sleep so good before and now i would have severe nightmares.... but my new medication is helping a lot actually im diagnosed with PTSD and it's kinda challenging with my body symptoms....

Mornings are my worst time of day! I wake up with my heart racing and racing thoughts. I immediately start praying. I, too believe God will get us through this and I would love to be a part of your prayers, as I will also pray for you guys and all who suffer from anxiety.

My mornings were so bad I set my alarm now for 4:30 have a valium and water ready, take it, listen to the relaxation tape until I fall back to sleep. Wake up around 7:30 and do it again, then pray, breathe in a brown paperbag for 2 minutes, get up, put christian music on take a bite of food,,a drink of gatoraid with water. try and go for a brisk walk, shower and hit the road then I'm fine. I started busbar 1 1/2 week ago and it's helped. Step 3 I'm going to need support on, we can help each other.

Mornings are absolutely my worse time of day. I just wake up feeling horrible and very nervous. So the first thing I do is put on the relaxation tape. Then I go for a walk but I have to push myself out the door to do it. All my negative thoughts is going to be a very hard habit to break. Today I am very anxious as I have a job interview.
